When you create an account on HireHumans, we collect the information you provide during sign-up and onboarding. This includes your full name, email address, country, timezone, skills, experience level, availability, and any optional notes you choose to share.

2. Authentication

We use Supabase Authentication to manage user accounts. Your email address and password are handled securely through Supabase's infrastructure. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We do not have access to your raw password.

3. Profile Data Storage

Your profile information is stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database. This data is used to display your public profile after human verification is complete. Unverified profiles are only visible to our admin reviewers.

4. How We Use Your Data

• To create and display your verified human profile
• To process and route work requests to you
• To communicate with you about your account status
• To maintain the integrity of the platform

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your verified profile information (name, skills, country) is publicly visible on the platform. Your email address is never displayed publicly.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account, contact us at support@futurewavez.com and we will remove your data within 30 days.
